The process initiates with trust in supplying Nepalese
workers according to the requirement of the employer. During
which we look forward to get : -
a. A demand letter from
the employer containing details of the vacancy demand duly
authenticated / attested.
b. A Power of Attorney
duly authenticated/ attested and issued by the foreign employer
in favor of the recruiting agent to act on its behalf.
c. Employment Contract
(between the Employer and the Employee) mentioning wages
offered and schedule of benefits including accommodation,
food, medical facilities, leave and insurances, etc.
d. Company Agreement
duly singned.
e. A letter of visa advice / consular letter / entry permit
/ NOC, etc duly authenticated / attested
