DOCUMENTS AND TESTIMONIALS REQUIRED FROM THE EMPLOYERS FOR RECRUITING PROCEDURE
The government authorized overseas employers or licensed foreign employment companies/and or recruiting agencies on behalf of the employers must send the following documents to the licensed recruiting agencies in Nepal:

1. Demand Letter
2. Power of Attorney
3. Employment Contract
4. Company Agreement
5. Copy of Visa Advice/Consular Letter/Entry Permit/NOC
